Dear Damai colleagues and dear MVPs (MeDomino Valued Partners):
On this festive occasion, let me begin with some good news.
In 2023, a difficult year for the entire industry, we achieved comprehensive growth in performance, customer count, and project count.
We continued to maintain our leadership in profiling and achieved significant growth in enterprise-level profiling.
We successfully established leadership in enterprise-level content management and won every project we participated in.
Even more worth mentioning, our key project NICE (Next Intelligent Customer Experience) was successfully launched and delivered very significant business value. This is truly worth celebrating.

In addition, we also carried out broad exploration and small-scale implementation of AIGC. These are achievements every Damai colleague can be proud of.
A Few Things We Did Not Have Time to Say at the Annual Meeting
At the annual meeting, we mentioned uncharted territory.
The entire life sciences industry is entering uncharted territory. Changes in the broader environment and advances in technology have made previous models ineffective, while new models and methods remain unclear. This ambiguity is not only ours, not only benchmark companies', and not only China's. The entire industry around the world is facing ambiguity. That is why we call it uncharted territory.
Everyone feels that direction is right, but what exactly is it? How do we get there? What will it look like after arrival? No one knows. The only certainty is that we cannot stay still. We must move.
If we look back from the future, we will find that we are at a node driven by long-term structural change in the industry. The trend is substantive compliance, and the direction is cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The key will be how to advance customer beliefs faster and better under limited time and resources, thereby benefiting more patients.
In other words, amid uncertainty, we have found two certainties:
First, the demand for business value
Second, the major trend toward substantive compliance
This means that opportunistic approaches aimed at expense-driven tactics will not be sustainable. What the future needs is a new precision marketing paradigm that truly produces business value and is substantively compliant:
Performance: shifting from resource-driven to profession-driven
Decision-making: shifting from KPI-driven to insight-driven
The core of precision marketing is segmentation and insight. The underlying logic of segmentation is rich dimensions and flexible combinations. Behind insight are massive data and advanced algorithms.
We have also observed some less successful early attempts by companies in the industry, and their main shortcomings basically come from these two areas. Inaccurate data is like building a tower on sand. Without tagging that fits business logic and flexibly adapts to business scenarios, business teams cannot quickly gain support from massive data, making it difficult to create business value.
The New Year Will Be a Year of Business Value
Damai colleagues, our task in the new year is this:
Bring our validated best practices to more enterprises.
These are valuable experiences that have clearly delivered business value. We need to help more companies make a fast turn in an era of major industry change, gain advantage quickly, and obtain business value rapidly.
Finally, I wish everyone powerful momentum, bright prospects, and new achievements in the Year of the Dragon.
