We are pleased to announce that the MeDomino NICE SaaS platform now fully supports AWS Graviton processors. Starting from version v2.3.0, all our service components have completed adaptation and optimization for the ARM64 architecture.
After multiple rounds of performance testing, including typical benchmark tests and regression test suites, the relevant results show that the MeDomino NICE SaaS platform running on AWS Graviton instances saves nearly 20% in cost compared with other processor architectures, while maintaining exactly the same functional features as the x86 architecture.
Currently, all product functions covered by the MeDomino NICE SaaS platform, including AIGC, knowledge base management, and HCP tagging capabilities, are fully supported and ready for use in real projects. At the same time, MeDomino NICE SaaS product functions and features remain consistent across different architectures.
MeDomino commits to ensuring technical support for customers running the MeDomino NICE SaaS platform on AWS Graviton and will not create any difference in support option or support-level availability because a customer chooses to run on AWS Graviton.
