On November 3, 2023, E Pharma Manager presented the 2023 China Pharma Digitalization Outstanding Service Provider award. MeDomino has won another award.

The award-winning project is the MeDomino NICE solution, or Next Intelligent Customer Experience, co-created with a leading European pharmaceutical company: digital-intelligence-driven, omnichannel, full-process, closed-loop, professional precision marketing.
This solution aims to achieve omnichannel integration and full-process closed-loop precision marketing through digital-intelligence methods. At the time, the pharmaceutical company needed to move many offline scenarios online. During this process, a large amount of internal data was generated, and integration across channels became urgent. Meanwhile, artificial general intelligence (AGI) was emerging and big data technology was becoming increasingly mature. The company realized that big data + artificial intelligence would become a major trend and that future marketing promotion would inevitably move toward digital intelligence.
They encountered many problems that companies often face during transformation:
1. Traditional promotion methods no longer met current needs.
2. Internal channels were complex and disconnected, with serious data silos across departments.
3. Departments found it difficult to align their understanding of HCPs, and strategy-to-execution consistency could not be maintained from top to bottom.
So we customized a customer-experience-centered NICE (Next Intelligent Customer Experience) solution for the pharmaceutical company, using a three-step approach to integrate decision-making and execution.
In the early stage after the NICE solution went live, it received strong user recognition: "I did not expect to see data at such fine granularity." Some even said, "This is truly impressive," and "Many strategy implementation tasks we wanted to do before have finally become possible."
